Now the Dinosaur Troubadour can bring the fun, excitement, and education of Field Station: Dinosaurs to your birthday party! Dance to Field Station favorites like the “Dimetrodon Dance”, sing along to “The Mighty T-rex”, and see how low you can go as we do the limbo. See real dinosaur fossils and casts up close and learn all about what the dinosaurs ate. Parties may include full size casts of dinosaur skulls as well as a visit from our baby hadrosaur.

Add the Stuffed Dinosaur: Apatosaurus plush to give your guests a memento from a birthday party they will never forget! Available for only $8 each, plus tax.

Party A

The Troubadour is your entertainer for 45 minutes of fun. Educational songs, actual dinosaur fossils and casts (jaws, claws, and teeth), dance party including the Limbo, and party beads for children. Cost: $250

Party B

The Troubadour is your entertainer for 60 minutes of fun. Experience all activities from Party A, plus full dinosaur skull casts and a visit and photo opportunity with a baby hadrosaur! Cost: $350

Off-Site Party Policies

SCHEDULING YOUR PARTY

  • We recommend reserving your birthday party as early as possible as time slots are limited and are reserved at a first come first serve basis.
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your party date.
  • Parties hosted more than 50 miles from the Park will be charged a minimum $50 traveling fee, plus any tolls.

PLANNING YOUR PARTY

  • One week before the date of your party, the Troubadour will call you to finalize details. At this time, the Troubadour will ask you general logistical questions and if you wish to purchase Dinosaur Plush for your party and how many.
  • Birthday parties may be rescheduled up to 24 business hours in advance of your party, based on availability.
  • The balance must be paid in full five business days before date of party.

THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY

  • The Troubadour will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled party time.
  • The Troubadour arrives with all the set up equipment needed.
